I hope to be working in collaboration with a number of other people to post articles and information about single-payer health care (aka "Medicare for all"), why we need it, and the actions going on around the Twin Cities to fight for it.
One of the first things I'd like to draw your attention to is the Mad as Hell Doctors (http://www.madashelldoctors.com/), a group of physicians from the Portland area who are making a tour of the US advocating single-payer. They will be stopping in the Twin Cities on September 16th to do a "town hall"-style meeting at the capitol rotunda. More info on that later.
Second, there will be a zombie march for single-payer on September 24th. It will start at the U of M and likely end at a political target. Again, more info on that later.
